To join the CSA, please follow these steps:  

1. Please download and fill out the following membership form and mail it with your payment. Buffalo/local members, click HERE; Rochester members, click HERE. This information is essential to the smooth operation of our program. As always, your contact information remains private, but allows us to reach you in the event of a program change.

2. Checks are payable to Porter Farms. Please mail your payment and form to:

Remember--you are not officially a member until your payment and completed form are received. Please email us if you have a question about your membership status.
