- Welcome to the 2008 Season! Sign-up for the 2008 season will begin March
1, 2008.
- We have already started getting ready for the 2008 season. Onion and leek
plants have been growing since October for us in Texas. They will be shipped
the first week of April to our farm, where they will be transplanted into our
fields. We also have onion plants growing in Arizona. They will be shipped to
us the last week in April. We will be starting work in our greenhouses during
the last week of February. Lettuces and beets will be planted, and peppers
will be planted a few weeks later. We are ordering seeds and reviewing
catalogs for new and improved varieties. We are working with our seed
representative to explore some new and different varieties to complement
things that we already grow.
